1 General Provisions

jsya9 (hereinafter "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jsya9 and its users ("you", "member").

3 Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jsya9 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the original bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions — please read them before claiming a bonus.
• Bonuses apply to one account only; claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they remain as usable credit until wagering requirements are met.

jsya9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and contributions. Details of VIP benefits depend on the specific terms of each tier.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games operated on jsya9 follow fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined or controllable.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits set for each game apply.
• In the event of a technical issue during a game, jsya9 will resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable policy.

• Placing bets in a planned manner for the purpose of exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or any unfair technology to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding or making fraudulent arrangements with other members.
• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to jsya9's systems or network.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Playing on behalf of another member or using their account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jsya9 may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If information provided in the account is found to be false or misleading.
• Failure or suspected failure of age verification.
• Fraud, bonus abuse, or any other suspicious activity.

8.2 Member's Right to Close Account

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of voluntary account closure, any funds remaining in your balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal rules.
